1. High Notes
- ALL SINGERS: Please complete this short Google form on Holiday Chorus Singing Parts to help us plan a standing order for our shows.

- Please submit this information by this Friday, November 14, so that there is time to create the standing order before Monday's rehearsal.
- Concert Tickets are now available for our December 16 show at Halle Cultural Center. They are likely to sell out quickly, so don't wait too long to get tickets for friends and family!

- Remember: EARLY START TIME THIS WEEK! Please arrive at 6:30p for Mixed Chorus if you are able.

- 7:30p – 8:15p – Holiday Chorus

- 8:30p – 9:30p – Men’s Chorus
- Nov. 24 (Mon) – Our first HOLIDAY PERFORMANCE @ The Templeton!
- HOLIDAY OUTFITS: Reminder! Look through your closet to be sure you have black bottoms and a solid colored business casual tops (or dressier – sweaters are okay – NO T-shirts) to wear for our holiday performances.
3. Overtures

- Call time is 5:30p for Nov. 21 (Friday) game. The final game is Nov. 29.

- You were all sounding fantastic at rehearsal on Monday night! I can't wait to share this great music with our audiences this holiday season!
- All regular (Mixed & Men’s) chorus songs need to be completely off paper this Monday 11/17…
- … with the exception of Silent Night and God Rest Ye because they are not likely to be on the first few shows.
- Show order is still in process, but will be shared soon.
- For Rehearsal on Nov. 17 – note Women will stay after business meeting to sing Silent Night !

- NOTICE TO QUARTETS / VLQ’s:
- Please contact Carol or Mike with any missing information (list below) and be ready to sing for us on Monday night if you would like to be included in the program on November 24
- We will include 2-3 quartet songs per performance due to time constraints. All prepared groups will be included in the program on December 16 (except Never Home 4)

- No fee, no special costume – we will again do a holiday top/sweater and black bottoms.
- HC singers are invited to sing at our holiday concert (Dec. 16, Tuesday) and/or at any of our holiday shows at various locations (Nov. 24 & Dec. 1, 8, 15, 22)
